Fabrice Salomon
I started this brokerage after spending a year fighting my own insurer over a claim I shouldn't have had to fight. Once I understood the system from the inside, I couldn't unsee how many people were being sold the wrong plan by someone who didn't know them.
Today my team works the way I wish someone had worked with me: educate first, recommend second, and stay on the line long after the policy is active. We use a teaching approach because clients should understand what they signed up for — that's how they actually use it when it matters.
